Commercial Terms
To strengthen our partnership, we’ve developed a flexible commercial model that delivers highly competitive unit rates, aligned with the current volumes and projected growth outlined by Paylink in this RFP. The following setup and maintenance fees apply:
API Setup & Integration Fee: £10,000 (one-off cost)
PDF API Development Fee: £20,000 (one-off cost)*
Annual License Fee: £5,000 (recurring annual cost)

Access to Bud Assess Web Dashboard – Paylink Direct Access
In addition to API integration for end-user access to Bud’s Open Banking services, we understand that Paylink requires direct access to a web-based portal for auditing and data validation purposes.
Subject to contracting, Paylink will be granted access to the Bud Assess Web Portal, enabling manual review of Open Banking data in instances where a consumer raises a dispute with the end user (Paylink’s client). This access will be governed by a separate direct agreement.
To initiate access to consumer Open Banking data via the dashboard, Paylink agents will send a co-branded consent link (Paylink/end user) to the consumer via email or SMS. Upon receiving consent, Paylink will be able to view the relevant data to support validation and audit processes.
Each dashboard user will receive unique login credentials as part of the service setup. If preferred, Paylink may opt to access the dashboard via an existing Single Sign-On (SSO) service. TransUnion and Bud will collaborate to review and configure the integration, with scope and requirements to be agreed during the setup phase.
