Contractual Documentation
Responders are required to provide a pro forma copy of their standard contract and full terms and conditions as part of their submission. These documents must be supplied in an editable Microsoft Word format to allow for review and redlining as part of the evaluation process.
The editable Microsoft Word version of our standard contract and full terms and conditions is attached for reference. Please note that this document is subject to change as we progress through the evaluation and negotiation process.
