Our suite of RESTful APIs, available via the platform, use JSON-formatted request and response payloads, allowing integration with any programming language. This makes it easy to embed our services into any technology stack, with the added flexibility to transpose data outputs into various formats as needed—including CSV, XLSX, PDF rendering, or posting data into back-office systems and CRMs.
For example we have previously posted data custom client pipelines: Google BigQuery, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), PEGA, Salesforce, other third-party client CRM systems and created digital output files in XLSX file and PDF outputs, subject to formatting and data structure configuration or custom requirement scoping.
